Sequential steps when ordering a book

After a successful book order request through the website, all entered data is stored in our database, and our automated system determines the exact price for production and delivery in real time. The order data and price are saved as a quote.

Next comes our optimized process for receiving all necessary files for the book. Depending on the selected options, our system automatically determines which files you need to send – easily and online through our website – and save them in the system attached to the quote.

You can then check the correctness of the files within a few minutes using state-of-the-art PDF verification software. If there are errors, you can upload your corrected file again, and repeat this process for each part of the book (cover, dust jacket, body, etc.).

When you decide that everything is correct, you give your approval and the system switches to order mode – with a single click all data is transferred to a payment order with the precisely determined price, and you can complete the payment online within seconds.

From that moment on, our automated system takes over the processing and printing of the book and delivers it directly to your door.

Stages of a book order

Quote – created after completing the online form on our website for requesting a book order. At this stage we do not process it yet – you must upload all required files for the parts of the book.

Completed quote – this stage is reached when all required files have been uploaded without exception.

File verification – at this moment you can check the files for correctness.

Approval to proceed – this stage is reached when you determine that all files are correct. If you upload a new file, you must give approval again (after checking it as well).

Order request – with a single button click a payment request is created, where all necessary payment details are filled in. The system automatically determines whether VAT must be charged for the country to which the order is sent. You can pay online using your preferred method and receive an invoice immediately.

Request received – at this stage the processing of the order is transferred to us and we begin printing the book.
